Have you tried reflexology?  It is a great way to gain a boost, both for body and mind.  If you haven''t tried it before, now is your chance!  We are pleased to announce that Hayley from Sole Nutrition will be coming to Beeston Bumps and Babies on Tuesday 3rd July to run some reflexology mini-treatments.  These will cost just £3 for a 15 minute session and Hayley will give you a generous money-off voucher against a full treatment at her centre in Stapleford.
