Pregnancy & Postnatal Pilates

Next Tuesday (29 March) Beeston Bumps & Babies will be joined by Claire Mockridge, a pilates instructor who specialises in pregnancy and postnatal pilates. Some postnatal classes even include your baby! I'm particularly interested in the 'little black dress' workout! Our session time is 9.30 - 11.30 as usual but arrive when you can.
