Beeston Bumps and Babies will be open again this coming Tuesday 30th October, Chilwell Road Methodist Church, Beeston. Session time 9.30 - 11.30 but doors open all session so arrive when you can!  Hot and cold drinks available, along with biscuits and cake.

This session we will be joined by Hayley from Sole Nutrition who will be leading us in a demo of baby massage and baby yoga.  I've heard on the grapevine that she is offering a fantastic offer on her next baby yoga course so come along to the demo to find out more!
