Next Tuesday (13th September) Karen from Shama Yoga will be visiting Beeston Bumps and Babies to talk to us about her various yoga classes around Nottingham, including pregnancy yoga, postnatal and classes for mums with babies!
Karen is hoping that lots of us will join in with her demonstration so can I please ask that prams and pushchairs are put in the room next door to give us that bit of extra space! I will unlock the room so you can wheel straight in, park and then come through to the Guild room.
